You can read more related to the last match:
India might have a problem in finalizing the playing eleven as the team played very well in the previous match and would be reluctant to make any changes. But at the same time, the squad has players like Sanju Samson and Manish Pandey sitting on the bench and it can be quite frustrating for them as well. Sanju Samson has been looking forward to an opportunity since a couple of months now and still hasn’t been included in the playing eleven.
The openers will definitely remain the same as KL Rahul has been in a good form and Shikhar too complimented him well in the last match. Shreyas Iyer who played an explosive inning in the last match is highly unlikely to be replaced. Rishabh Pant’s position might be in question as he hasn’t made any noticeable contribution to the team in the past six months. Pant’s position is another topic to be discussed but it will be interesting to see how the captain and team management handle the situation.
Let us see if skipper Virat Kohli makes some changes or walks on the field with the same eleven.
