It is the matter of every day now that Kangana Ranaut or her sister Rangoli Chandel take a dig at Hrithik Roshan. Whether Kangana snarks him or Rangoli goes on a whole savage mode on Roshan junior, it has somehow become the daily bread and butter, for newspaper headlines at least. But in all this cruel drama, what we are not getting is some form of attack or even defense from the most gorgeous guy in the Bollywood. So is Hrithik bowing down or just has gone immune to the regular attacks?
When asked about the whole situation, Hrithik did speak out. He said “I have come to realise that bullies have to be treated with a certain amount of patience, and not be engaged with. It is upon the civil society and those who claim to be just and fair to see and observe if there is harassment.”
Earlier, he also swapped dates of his big release Super 30 to an earlier date (it’s now releasing on 12 July), just to avoid a clash with Kangana’s Judgementall Hai Kya which is releasing as per the schedule on 26 July. And Hrithik has a perfect explanation for doing so. He admitted that he changed the film release in order to protect himself from ‘personal trauma and toxic mental violence.’ He also told HT that “Being who I am, if I choose to confront as per laws, I become the aggressor. If I withdraw from a film-clash that I know has been pre designed, then I become a weakling penning a sob story. I have learned to not get affected by either.”
Okay, seems like Hrithik has chosen the higher road and is not the one for washing his dirty laundry in public! BTW Rangoli a few weeks ago accused the Roshan family of torturing Hrithik’s sister after she claimed she was in love with a Muslim man. Sunaina Roshan herself tweeted that she’s ‘living in hell’. When questioned about that, Hrithik maintained a similar narrative as his ex-wife did when asked about the same issue – an unfortunate situation. Hrithik claimed that “This is an internal, private and sensitive matter for me and my family. In didi’s current state, it would not be correct of me to speak about her. It is an unfortunate situation that probably many families are going through and are as helpless as we are, owing to stigmas and an incredibly weak medical infrastructure in this country for such cases.”
How Did It All Begin?
For those of you who don’t know, this whole drama is a result of the romance gone bad between Kangana and Hrithik. The two worked together in Kites (her scenes went under a major cut) and Krrish 3. The two remained lovebirds until they didn’t. Kangana even accused him of cheating on her which then prompted Hrithik to send a legal notice to her and this began the war. However, he’s not doing that anymore. Hrithik Roshan admitted that he can’t sue Kangana because he really didn’t have a legal case at hand.
Well, Hrithik has come a far way from his ‘fighting’ days and has apparently now decided to be a more mature person. Well, there you go, Hrithik!
